Quick Overview of Book
When a citizen of New San Francisco reaches his or her 18th annual cycle, they are given a once-in-a-lifetime chance to get out of the city’s vast ghetto. This opportunity cannot simply be brushed aside. All citizens who recently turned 18 are forced to make the decision to apply in a colossal stadium, in front of the entire city. Now, the question of, “Will you apply?” must be answered. But perhaps even more importantly, the aching insecurities of whether ‘they’ would apply…shall finally be known.
I am currently writing a Dystopian fictional book which attempts to uncover the hidden psychology of man through revolution. To help uncover these mysteries almost all of the main characters are based off of famous philosophers such as: Plato, Socrates, Albert Camus, and The Marquis De Sade. I have read stacks of books on these philosophers so that my book’s subjects are intriguing, layered and accurate.
There is no hidden political agenda in my book, just philosophy, the human condition, and piles of ammunition.
